Return Policy


When products are returned the costs for transportation are paid by the customer.


Returning goods
 

You have 14 days to return an item bought in a store at NotABrand, from the time you have received the item.
When you return goods, please write down the following information and send it with the item to the address of the store, you bought the item in. Please also send a copy of your receipt.

Please note: Returned items are only accepted if item and packing is intact.

To ensure the fair market concept - for both customer and shop owner, all goods must be returned with an track and trace postal service, and you must send the track and change information’s to sales@notabrand.com (including the track-code). When the goods are returned to shop owner, NotAbrand will return your payment from our client account.

Please notice the following information, which you must send with the returned goods:

Customer Information (Name, Address, Post code (or ZIP), City, Country, Phone number and email address)
Order and Product Information
Order ID, Product ID, Store ID, Store Name, Price
The goods together with the mentioned information must be sent to the address of the store in which the goods were bought, whit a track and trace postal service (as mentioned above). You find the address on NotAbrand -> in the store -> "About shop owner".

Complaints
 

If you have received damaged goods or the wrong product according to what you ordered, please answer the information below and send it to the email address of the store where you bought the goods. Please include a copy of your receipt. You can find the email address or a contact form at the "Contact" page of the store where you bought the goods.
The information, you should send to the owner of the store where you bought the damaged goods:
Customer Information (Name, Address, Post code (or ZIP), City, Country, Phone, and Email)
Order and Product Information
Order ID, Product ID, Store ID, Store Name, Price
Description of the Damage
* Is it a shipping damage? Or:
* Is it a production damage? Or:
* Is it the wrong product delivered according to the order?

Was the packing damaged?
Have you refused to receive the goods?

Please describe the damage and if you have an image of the damaged item, please attached it to the email.
